With the globalization of the world economy and the rapid development of the domestic economy,there has appeared not only more and more large companies,but also a group of high-tech enterprises with great prostects in development.Under the current market conditions,high-tech enterprises play an increasingly significant role in the operation of market economy and gradually become the core of in our economy.In the future,the most important characteristic of high-tech enterprises is its growth.Investors will focus on the growth of enterprises when selecting investment targets.Meanwhile,the important indicators for national audit government departments to screen and supervise listed companies are also growth.The growth status of high-tech enterprises and whether they have sustainable development capacity and potential or not have become a major concern.So the analysis of their growth is very important.By analyzing the growth of enterprises,we hope to improve the comprehensive strength of the enterprise,so that lay the foundation for its sustainable development.This paper selectes the listed company in China's GEM----Hiconics Eco-energy Technology Co.,Ltd.(referred to as Hiconics)as the research object and makes a thorough analysis of its growth.At the same time,this paper will put forward some reasonable suggestions for the sustained and stable development and growth of the company.Based on the extensive research of relevant literature on growth and evaluation index at home and abroad,firstly,this paper introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis of growth.Then it carries on analyzing the growth of the Hiconics and compared with the same industry company from three types of financial indicators including growth quality,growth rate and growth potential,which can help to understand the status of Hiconics' growth from the quantitative perspective.At last,it analyzes the problems existing in Hiconics that affect its growth,so as to objectively and comprehensively evaluate the growth of Hiconics.Through the analysis we know that,in order to develop sustainably,stablely,healthy and orderly,the Hiconics must attach great importance to the growth quality,growth rate and growth potential,which attaches great importance to the asset turnover to improve operating ability,steadily increase market share,actively expand domestic and foreign markets,enhance scientific research ability and promote the scale development,stabilize cash flow and ensure the sustainable development,optimize the capital structure and diversify financing channels.
