Research On Decision-Making Of Cross-Border E-Commerce Business Model

Now the global economic integration is further strengthened,China's traditional foreign trade in the background of negative growth,China's Cross-border E-commerce is more than 20% of the composite growth rate of rapid development,a large number of enterprises into the industry.Cross-border electricity dealers are a relatively new area in China,both for practitioners and for national regulators,although the relevant departments and Cross-boundary operators are aware of the enormous potential of the cross-boundary electricity business,they have to face the mismatch of the Cross-border electricity business policies and infrastructure.This paper sums up the concept of the cross border importer,which involves the interpretation and distinction of overseas warehouses,bonded warehouses,bonded areas and free trade areas.To the cross-border import business in all aspects of the carding instructions,and from the consumer market,Cross-border import electric business process,representing the Cross-border import enterprises and other aspects of the development of China's cross-border electrical business,summed up the China's cross-border import of the mode of imports of electricity dealers,summed up the development of China's better cross-border import of the successful factors,And the decision matrix is introduced to establish the mode of the cross boundary import electric business model,which is helpful to the decision makers of the cross border importers to choose the business model suitable for the enterprise development in different time periods.Through combining with the author's own practical experience,the article is used to model the cross-border import electric business model decision model in the course of the rationality test of the Mei Fan Net business model,and get the result of the truth of the Mei Fan Net-turn.In the process of writing,the author's own work experience is used to correct the erroneous views of the former scholars.But there are some missing parts in the writing process,such as the rationality of the selection model has not made rigorous scrutiny,hope that later scholars can more rigorous proof of cross-border import business model decision-making model of science.In the end,the author puts forward the prospect of Cross-border Electric law,cross-border payment and customs clearance,and hopes that more people will paymore attention to the development of cross-border electricity dealers and hope that more people can participate in the Cross-border electric business practice.
