The rapid development of social economy,the competition between enterprises is increasingly obvious,if a business if you want to long-term development,in the same industry in war,there must be a strict internal management,the dependence of the internal management is the management of human resources,and human resource management is not a simple enterprise staff managers,directors and builder,it is the enterprise to develop the plotting of evil,command and promoters.Traditional human resources planning,management and so on a number of ways or methods,in some practical aspect encountered in the field of enterprise management,so the development of enterprises urgently need a new model for management and planning,it is applied to project operation mode,how to apply project operation mode to the enterprise human resources management,has become one of the important topic of enterprise human resources management reform.The traditional human resource management rely mainly on the theories of human resource management and management way,don't have the need to manage various projects to refine,nor in combination with the actual situation of enterprise development,the traditional way of practice and seriously hindered the development of enterprises.The research object of this article is Beijing HT company's human resources management as the background,research carried out in accordance with the relevant theories of project operation mode,according to the requirements of the enterprise actual situation and the theory of design related solutions.First using the method of observation and analysis to the present situation of human resource management of HT company Beijing system analysis and verification,and combining with interview survey method for enterprise employees and communication,understanding the way companies in human resource management and methods,reveals the Beijing HT company management system chaos,lack of talent pool,lack of scientific talent training system,welfare benefits of the overall design of inadequate and defective,and project operation mode combined with the related project management method,analysis the current status of Beijing HT company human resources management,from the progress of the project feasibility study,project design,project of real-time control,project organization,personnel management,project risk management,human resource management and so on several aspects of the project,according to the category of project,time control,risk identification,project communication and human resources,a comprehensive analysis to explore the part finally is formulated in accordance with Beijing HT company human resource management of project operation mode,to the development of the enterprise and other human resources management in the same industry to provide the reference basis and theoretical basis.
