Jilin Province is one of the key planning provinces of the “The Belt and Road ”.the development of grain logistics faces a great opportunity.Because of the continuous enrichment of scientific theories,the continuous development of modern logistics technologies,and the accelerating progress of economic globalization,the role of grain logistics in the development of social agricultural economy has become increasingly prominent.Grain logistics cooperation between cities tends to be independent,and cross-regional collaboration makes the process of common development between cities slow.Jilin Province also has such problems in the layout of logistics nodes.Jilin Province is one of the three northeastern provinces in China,and it is also one of the major grain producing provinces in China.Food is the basis for the survival of the people and is the final product of agricultural production.The separation of food production areas and consumption areas has led to the inevitable flow of food.And food can add more value in this process.Through the development of grain logistics,we can continuously explore the potential of economic development and explore the latest ways to promote economic growth.Reasonable layout of food logistics nodes can improve the efficiency of regional grain logistics operations and have an important impact on the development of grain logistics.Therefore,it is necessary to scientifically layout and plan grain logistics nodes in Jilin Province.This paper studies the layout of grain logistics nodes in Jilin Province,and puts forward a method of layout planning of grain logistics nodes with good maneuverability.The basic idea is to construct a food logistics node indicator system based on scientific,representative,goal-oriented,unity,operability and systematic principles.Using entropy weight method to objectively empower each index,calculate the comprehensive capacity value of grain logistics in each city,and use radar chart to divide the nine node cities of Jilin Province into preliminary levels.The calculated value of the comprehensive capacity of grain logistics in each city will be substituted into the gravity formula,and the initially constructed node layout level will be adjusted through social network analysis.Finalize the layout of two levels o f logistics nodes in Jilin Province,the first-tier provincial food logistics node city and the second-tier municipal grain logistics node city.Put forward layout planning suggestions,and provide some reference for other regional grain logistics network planning.
