It is very important to strengthen the construction of logistics system, and the logistics node as a basic part of the logistics system, in order to realize the rapid development of modern logistics, must put the logistics node layout and construction as a breakthrough. The layout of logistics node is one of the most critical in the development of regional logistics ring, gradually become the important factors affecting the development of logistics, logistics node not only performs the general service function of logistics, and logistics node or a regional logistics center.At home and abroad about the research content of logistics node has more abundant, foreign scholars for research in this field started early, emerging from the 1980s and theoretical fruits very much. In general, the theory of logistics node research both at home and abroad, at the same time, there are all sorts of layout decision algorithm. Although at present in the field of research has made big achievements, but there are also shortcomings. This article in the existing research literature at home and abroad of learning and guidance, fully absorb the research achievements of predecessors, based on the economic development of 17 cities in Shandong province data, introduction of relevant theories, multi-angle and systematic analysis of logistics node layout problems, finally the future development for the logistics node localization in the process of countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.Through consulting relevant literature, this paper introduces the logistics node related theoretical basis, including the connotation of logistics node, functions andlogistics business mode, also introduced the logistics node layout of objectives, principles, steps and other basic theory, and introduces the relevant knowledge of Set pair analysis and TOPSIS.In the research and analysis on the basis of current situation and problems of logistics development in Shandong province, according to the selection of index system of logistics node layout principle and influence factors, on the basis of grey system theory and grey correlation theory, calculating grey correlation degree, finally indicates that the main influence factors affecting logistics node layout in Shandong province. Using set pair analysis, TOPSIS method and coefficient of spearman rank of Shandong province makes out comprehensive evaluation of logistics node, and in the hierarchy on the basis of segmentation, one, two, three levels of logistics nodes in Shandong province, put forward strategic planning. Finally aiming at some problems in Shandong province logistics node layout macroscopic countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.
