Research On Personal Business Process Optimization Of ShengJing Bank

With the development of the country's social market economy,the financial industry is also increasingly prosperous and closely related to people's life.The bank as the core of the financial industry has not been saving money but also people place,investment place,therefore,in today's society,the personal banking business in the banking business accounted for the proportion more and more,more and more attention to the bank.However,the personal banking business types of banks are similar,how to reflect their own advantage,it needs to have its unique business processes,establish a customer-centric,efficient business processes everywhere for the sake of customers,so as to enhance the bank's core competitiveness,to an invincible position in the fierce market competition in.This study is based on Shengjing bank as the research object,analyze the present situation,found the problem of Shengjing bank personal business process,so as to study business process optimization.In personal business in a large number of Shengjing bank,the business needs of our customers personally to the operating point for the counter business process largely reflects the level of banking services,and the personal credit business is the embodiment of bank profitability,is particularly important for the bank's operations.Therefore,this study is very necessary for the feasibility of Shengjing bank.This study is based on a comprehensive sort of personal business,Shengjing bank,Shengjing bank counter mainly on business process,personal credit business process reengineering and optimization research.This paper is divided into four chapters to study the Shengjing bank personal business process optimization design.The first chapter is the theory part,mainly introduces the background and significance of the personal business process optimization of Shengjing bank,then the research status at home and abroad to optimize business processes are described,finally introduces the related theory of business process optimization and IE technology theory,laid the theoretical basis for this study.The second chapter is the problems of the process of Shengjing bank business analysis part,first through the investigation and analysis of individual business process in Shengjing bank,elaborated the counter business and personal credit business process,through put forward the existing problems in business process,and the root causes of problems analysis.The third chapter is the design of Shengjing part of banking business process optimization,through the actual investigation of the bank business process,first of all to counter business in the loss of business as an example,value parts using ASME flow charts to find the loss of business,using four principles of ECRS and to optimize the business process combined with modern information technology,and the improved ASME flow chart of the number of items and the processing time compared to evaluate the effect of the loss of business process optimization.Then the individual Shengjing bank credit business to optimize the design,the convenience of using the Internet and approval procedures to reduce the reasonable flow chart,the personal credit draw after the optimization,analyses and introduces the optimized process,and from the three aspects of the business efficiency,humanization,customer satisfaction for the optimized effect evaluation.The fourth part is the Shengjing bank business process optimization measures,on the design of individual business process optimization,in order to perfect the personal security business process optimization of Shengjing bank implementation,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward from three aspects of organization,system and staff,the Shengjing bank personal business process optimization can really implement it.
