Empirical Research On The Relationship Of High-tech Enterprises' Learning Orientation,Big Data Ability And Business Model Innovation

On the basis of learning orientation,dynamic ability,big data and business model innovation,the thesis integrates learning orientation,big data capability and business model innovation into a framework,and establishes a theoretical model of their relationship.Then,the interaction between the three variables is studied and the mediating effect of big data ability is investigated by way of empirical research.High and new technology enterprises are selected as the research objects of this paper,as the sample data source of empirical test and analysis.While the existing researches have explored the connotation boundary of learning orientation and big data ability and the mechanism of learning orientation to organizational innovation,but there is also a lack of research on the relationship between learning orientation and business model innovation,the connection between big data capability and business model innovation and their mutual influence.Moreover,the existing researches are mainly theoretical analysis and logical deduction,which mainly remain on the theoretical level and lack of empirical research.And a questionnaire survey was performed to investigate the high and new enterprises in Beijing,Shanghai,Guangdong,Zhejiang and Heilongjiang.205 valid samples were obtained.Then the study model and hypothesis were analyzed by empirical test and structural equation model with the help of SPSS 18.0 and AMOS.The follows are empirical results:the first,the three elements all have significant positive influence on business model innovation;The second,the three elements of big data capability that data perception and recognition ability,data integration ability,in-depth analysis and insight ability have significant positive influence on business model innovation;Thirdly,in the hypothesis of learning orientation and big data ability,seven of them passed the test,and two of them failed.the assumptions that shared vision and open mind to the in-depth analysis and insight ability didn't pass the test.Therefore,the significant positive impact of learning orientation on big data capability is only partially supported;Fourthly,Big data capability plays an intermediary role in the relationship between learning oriented and business model innovation.Through theoretical analysis and empirical test,the paper enriches the theory of learning orientation,business model innovation and big data,and provides a new idea for the research of big data and business model innovation.At the same time,it is helpful for enterprises to understand the influencing factors of business model innovation in the context of big data and the specific path of improving business model innovation ability,further to understand the theory foundation and organization culture of business model innovation under the big data environment.Finally,providing a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the enterprise through the construction of learning oriented organizational culture to promote enterprise big data capabilities and promote business model innovation.
