An Study On The Influence Of Cloud Service Application Capabilities On The Innovation Performance Of SMEs

With the implementation of China's innovation-driven development strategy and the advent of the era of knowledge-based economy,innovation performance has become one of the important factors for measuring the development potential of enterprises.Due to their limited size,small and medium-sized enterprises need to continuously obtain various kinds of knowledge or technologies from outside to ensure the smooth development of innovative activities.The emergence of cloud services at this time,so that SMEs can in a fast,economical platform with the external environment for resource interaction.Therefore,from the perspective of small and medium-sized enterprises,it is very significant to explore the impact of cloud service application capabilities on the innovation performance of SMEs.This paper mainly studies the relationship between cloud service application capabilities,cross-organizational knowledge sharing,and SME innovation performance to clarify the impact of cloud service application capabilities on SMEs' innovation performance.First of all,read relevant documents,and on the basis of combing the relevant research at home and abroad,define the concept of cloud services and SMEs,determine the security scope of cross-organizational knowledge sharing,and apply cloud service capabilities,cross-organizational knowledge sharing,and small and medium-sized The dimensions of corporate innovation performance are divided.Secondly,it studies the role of cloud service application capabilities,cross-organization knowledge sharing,and innovation performance of SMEs.Through the open innovation theory,game theory,and dynamic capability theory,it explores the role of variables and proposes relevant hypotheses.And build the conceptual model of this article.Then,based on 455 valid questionnaires,we used SPASS 17.0 and AMOS 17.0 to test the hypothesis of the impact relationship between cloud service application capabilities,cross-organizational knowledge sharing,and SME innovation performance,using the Bootstrap confidence interval method to cross organizations.The mediating effects of knowledge sharing are tested and the empirical results are analyzed.Finally,the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the innovation performance of SMEs from the aspects of improving the capability of cloud service application and improving the efficiency of cross-organizational knowledge sharing.
