At present, the academic research of service outsourcing is mainly on the areas of human resources outsourcing, IT outsourcing and logistics outsourcing. The research method is case studying. The field of service outsourcing is relatively few of empirical research. Thus this paper researches on the impact of outsourcing knowledge-sharing mechanism of the key factors and their effects of theoretical significance and practical significance. On the basis of literature research, the writer divides the knowledge sharing into two dimensions which are implicit knowledge and explicit knowledge. Combined with mature measuring scale and companies survey interview, the writer design the questionnaire and get a lot of valuable first-hand data through the software outsourcing business companies (predominantly the companies in Zhejiang Hangzhou) and part of companies in Japan toward China. The writer uses SPSS 13.0 (Chinese version) statistical analysis tools to describe the data statistical analysis, correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis and conducts confirmatory factor analysis, comparison of structural equation modeling by AMOS 17.0 software. On the basis of detailed analysis of existing literature the writer extracts the outsourcing relationship of the various dimensions of this study and builds a theoretical model which is appropriate to undertake analysis of the relationship between the employers for knowledge sharing and cooperation performanceaccording to the research context of the side of undertake and party awarding the contract. The research framework consists of the five categories of relationship which are independent variables (the dimensions of the relationship between service outsourcing), intermediate variables (organizational knowledge sharing), adjust the variable (the trust between enterprises), the result variable (outsourcing performance) and the control variables (firm size, contact time, CMM certification levels, etc) and the corresponding path integral. This paper refines service outsourcing to the six dimensions which are undertaking the side and the quality of cooperation between the employer, following inter-party outsourcing contract with the employer (contract) and so on.The empirical analysis is divided into four phases. The first stage is mainly literature analysis. The writer gets the theoretical model and framework through literature review analysis (chapter 2 and chapter 3). The second stage is the case study (chapter 4) which gets th e key factors of implementation of knowledge sharing and cooperation performance by H software services outsourcing company in Hangzhou. The third stage is the exploratory analysis (chapter 5), through the validity and reliability analysis to filter the topic and a final survey questionnaire. The fourth stage is the validation analysis (chapter 6 and chapter 7), mainly using structural equation modeling of the conceptual model and related assumptions. Through 278 valid questionnaires analysis, the paper's main conclusions are as follows:1. To build and verify the theoretical model of relationship between service outsourcing organization through knowledge sharing under the conduction of the intermediary organizations and the cooperation between the performance. First the writer verifies the intermediary role of knowledge sharing through descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis and partial correlation analysis on the control variables. Then the writer analyzes and compares the conceptual model and verifies the relationship between structural equation modeling on the various dimensions of outsourcing and knowledge sharing and cooperation the performance. Then the writer analyzes and compares the conceptual model which is proposed in this study. Through structural equation modeling the writer verifies the relationship between the various dimensions of outsourcing and knowledge sharing capabilities. The results show that the model has good validity and reliability. For example, the quality of cooperation between enterprises, corporate culture, characteristics of knowledge-sharing ability of enterprises have a significant positive effect on relationship performance. Knowledge-sharing capability has also a significant positive relationship to outsourcing. This paper verifies the theoretical model of the whole building and variables related reason.2. By studying samples of the group comparison, not only prove the mechanism of trust in the service outsourcing knowledge sharing and cooperation performance, but also illustrates the various dimensions of service outsourcing in the trust in different contexts with different knowledge sharing impact. Based on measurable indicators of trust between enterprises the writer uses SPSS 13 and fast clustering method to divide the 278 samples into two groups of high and low level of trust, high-confidence group there are 168 enterprises, low-trust group are 110 enterprises. With the diversity of the comparison of structural equation model, the level of trust companies were compared between groups factor and underlying assumptions which were verified and get a number of valuable conclusions. 3. From the test results, the firm size and business with customers such as travel time between the intermediate variables and control variables on the dependent variable are not significantly affected. One possible reason is doing this questionnaire has ruled out some extreme cases, so the results of the analysis is only for the sample of enterprises, does not mean that these control variables in other cases, knowledge sharing and co-operation do not affect performance.4. From view of cross-cultural communication skills in the case of service outsourcing relationship, this paper analyzes the quality of cooperation, cooperation in exchanges of experience and sound knowledge outsourcing contracts and cooperative performance sharing mechanism. Through the knowledge of Hangzhou H Software Case Management Practice-XX project development, the knowledge sharing model (SECI model) is combined with QFD tools to analyze the performance of knowledge sharing and collaboration of the key factors and mechanisms.Finally, this study systematically summarizes the main theoretical and practical significance of the progress, research gaps and future research.
