Presently,as one of the main forces of national technological innovation,science and technology SMEs play an important role in the development of innovation.Although the country has introduced a variety of policies to encourage science and technology SMEs to accelerate innovation,but the majority of them have the problem of low innovation performance,which will seriously affect the survival and development of enterprises.How to enhance the knowledge reservation and the innovation performance of the enterprise by sharing the knowledge with the partners and combining with the absorptive capacity of the enterprise itself in the environment of internationalization,globalization and technological progress.It is not only the concern of enterprises,but also the main issue to be studied in this thesis.First,on the basis of summarizing the research status of knowledge sharing between organizations?absorptive capacity and innovation performance,the thesis puts forward the research hypothesis and constructs the conceptual model based on the theoretical analysis.Secondly,the questionnaires were distributed to science and technology SMEs.Last,use SPSS21.0 and AMOS17.0 to analyze the data and the structural equation model was used to test the hypothesis.This thesis mainly discusses:(1)What is the effect of knowledge sharing among organizations on the science and technology SMEs?Dividing cross-organization sharing of knowledge into explicit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing and to discuss which way of knowledge sharing can improve innovation performance;(2)As a mediator variable,How absorptive capacity plays intermediary role between cross-organization knowledge sharing and innovation performance;(3)The absorptive capacity is divided into two dimensions which are potential absorptive capacity and realistic absorptive capacity.And then tap the absorption capacity of the impact of innovation within the internal mechanism.Through the data analysis of 198 effective questionnaires of small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology,the research results show:(1)Knowledge sharing between organizations has a significant positive impact on innovation performance,in which tacit knowledge sharing is more obvious than explicit knowledge sharing on innovation performance.(2)Knowledge sharing between organizations has a significant positive impact on absorptive capacity,in which tacit knowledge sharing is more obvious than explicit knowledge sharing on absorptive capacity.Besides,whether it is tacit knowledge or explicit knowledge of the role of the potential absorption capacity will be stronger than the role of the absorptive capacity.(3)Absorptive capacity has a significant positive impact on innovation performance,in which realistic absorptive capacity is more obvious than potential absorptive capacity on innovation performance.(4)Absorptive capacity plays an intermediary role in the impact of knowledge sharing among organizations on innovation performance.
