Research On The Optimization Of D Group Financial Sharing Under The View Of Management Decision

With the rapid development of global economic integration,the current competition among enterprises is becoming more and more intense.More and more enterprises are gradually moving towards conglomeration,and the development of enterprise collectivization is bound to build more branches.This will bring more management costs to the group and a decline in the quality of financial information.More and more enterprises are aware of the seriousness of the problem.In order to change this situation,only the introduction of a new financial management model,that is,the financial sharing center,will be introduced.The introduction of financial sharing center has had an impact on the traditional financial management mode.After the construction and implementation of the financial sharing center,it will still meet with a lot of problems,and need to study the problems and reasons.A comprehensive analysis of the optimization of the financial sharing of the central problem of countermeasures.The research method of this paper mainly adopts the literature analysis method and the case analysis method,through the summary tothe domestic and foreign financial sharing present situation,induces the domestic and foreign in the financial sharing research aspect to obtain the achievement and the insufficiency at present.This paper analyzes the basic concepts of management decision and financial sharing,combs the function of financial sharing to realize management decision,and the basic requirements of management decision to financial sharing,and then introduces Group D through case analysis.This paper summarizes the basic situation of Group D and the construction and operation of financial sharing center,sums up the achievements of financial sharing center in management,and makes a questionnaire survey on relevant personnel based on the perspective of management decision.The results of the survey show that the financial sharing center of Group D still has the following problems that affect the management decision,including the organization is not sound,Not only the business process is no matchable,but also the information system is no reasonable,the performance system is not comprehensive,not systematic,does not form the scientific incentive effect,the risk control is not in place and so on,then based on the management decision-making perspective to analyze the reasons of the above problems.Based on the problems existing in the D Group Financial Sharing Center,the specific plan of the optimization of the Financial Sharing Center of D group is designed in five aspects,such as organization,business process,information system,performanceevaluation,and risk management and control.To build financial shared service centers and enriching the mechanism of Financial Shared Services optimization.
