The successful experience of the reform and opening in China show that in any era,attaches great importance to the scientific management of enterprises and focus on the practical application of science and technology,attach importance to talented person's development and utilization,is a necessary condition of the development of all enterprises.The successful experience of a large number of well-known enterprises at home and abroad tells us that talents,especially knowledge talents,can help to improve the efficiency of enterprises and provide impetus for the development of enterprises.This paper analyzes the compensation management,performance appraisal system and performance appraisal process of the knowledge-type employees in G branch of CMDC,find out the problems in the incentive mechanism of the knowledge workers,and analyze the causes of the problems.Based on the nature and actual operation of the state-owned enterprises,how to improve the incentive mechanism of knowledge workers in enterprises is the research object,then six suggestions for improving the incentive mechanism of knowledge workers are put forward in order to reduce the attrition of the knowledge employees,enhance the initiative,enthusiasm and creativity of knowledge employees,create more value for enterprises,mutual benefit and win-win for enterprise and employees: promoting cultural identity,optimize the promotion mechanism,innovation compensation incentive,refinement of performance assessment,focus on career planning and strengthen the team building,...
