From the perspective of enterprise industry attributes,the construction of military enterprises is a construction enterprise.The biggest problem of these enterprises is that most of them adopt the pyramid organization model,which is characterized by multiple layers and high cost,which can't respond quickly to changes in the external landscape of the enterprise.Therefore,flat management is more and more popular among enterprises.Flat management is a flexible new model which can improve the efficiency of enterprises.The corporate level management communication mode is based on traditional pyramid hierarchy,through long-term operation,setting up various institutions and positions internally,and trying different ways to manage communication in different modes.The effective communication of the enterprise under the flat management mode is to set the organization and position of the enterprise to reduce the level communication mode as much as possible based on the production and operation satisfaction.Based on the actual situation of enterprises,this paper analyzes the historical background,market environment and culture of the enterprise,and formulates the corresponding management communication scheme and control mechanism to ensure its operability,thus making it more efficient.This paper is a case study of China Nuclear Industry 24 Construction Co.,Ltd.First of all,on the basis of summarizing the concepts and features of the company's flat management communication,the necessity and practical significance of the implementation of flat management in construction enterprises are further discussed,and the problems that need to be paid attention to in the implementation of flat management of construction enterprises are briefly described.Secondly,from the aspect of organization and the individual level to analyze China Nuclear Industry 24 Construction Co.,Ltd 's management communication,summarizes the existing problems.Management communication problems at the organizational level include neglect of direct communication,negative cultural psychology and communication inertness,lack of good corporate culture,and excessive levels of communication;Personal level management communication issues include status differences,cognitive biases and emotional effects.In the end,based on the actual and existing problems of the China Nuclear Industry 24 Construction Co.,Ltd,this paper puts forward the construction plan for the implementation of the flat management communication in the China Nuclear Industry 24 Construction Co.,Ltd,mainly including seven aspects,namely,the preliminary preparation for the implementation of the flat management communication,the clear main content and the main principles,the management behavior Suggestions,the specific measures,the control mechanism and the safeguard measures.It is expect that through research on that planarization management communication mechanism of China Nuclear Industry 24 Construction Co.,Ltd,it will provide guidance for the practice of flattening management communication of China nuclear co.,Ltd.,and also provide some reference for similar military or construction enterprise.
