| With China’s economic developing rapidly for over 30 years of reform and opening-up, a batch of competitive large production-oriented enterprises have gradually formed in different industries.But most of the production-oriented enterprises still adopt the traditional organizational structure and communication channels.There are a lot of problems in the process of communication, such as:too many organization structure levels, backward and inefficient communication, accrual management is too centralized, staff overall quality is low, lack of enterprise culture construction, etc.Flattening reform can greatly improve the management of the enterprise communication and significantly improve enterprise’s managerial communication effect.This paper as the basis platform of the theory of flat management and communication, according to the perspective of theory with practice, reveal the general rule of the production-oriented enterprises improve the communication effect by flattening reform.As a chemical industry production enterprise Company A has the general characteristics of manufacturing enterprises in our country. This paper will manage the actual situation of the flattening reform of company A as A study case, surveying the present situation and problems of management communication of company A through the interview investigation and questionnaire analysis, summarizing of the problems in the communication of company A, proposing the direction and solutions of the flattening reform, concluding the actual effect of the flattening reform of communication after the operation in company A.This paper puts forward that, a variety of methods are applied scientifically to investigate the practical problems of communication in the production-oriented enterprises and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to enhance the communication effect, such as:establishing the flat organization structure, establishing the flat channels of communication, executing the decentralization of authority management, improving the quality of staff, constructing enterprise culture, etc. This paper also puts forward that, designing a targeted plan of flattening reform and implementing the plan to verify the actual effect in the production-oriented enterprises is to achieve the purpose of reducing management costs and maximizing the benefits of enterprises. Hence, the conclusion of this paper is realistic meaningful and practical valuable for the research of the effect of flat communication for the production-oriented enterprises. |
