China's economy is increasingly growing under the background of economic globalization,population aging problem has been very common under the situation of economic development.Population aging problem has attached great attention to the social insurance and pension insurance by the country.The government has adopted many ways to push the promotion of insurance.People's attention and acceptance of commercial pension insurance has increased the proportion of that in China's insurance market.Therefore,the appearance of pension insurance has added energy to China's insurance market,which has got rid of the constraints of social insurance and mobilized the maximum initiative of China.National premium income has increased from 1.4 trillion yuan in 2015 to 3.1 trillion in 2016 with an average annual growth by 16.8%.Total assets of insurance industry has increased from 6 trillion yuan in 2015 to 15.1 trillion yuan 2016.The main product of life insurance company provides for the aged is pension insurance,care insurance and medical insurance.Being an enterprise of going sale first then production,the insurance company continue to provide the elderly customers with insurance services.The dissertation aims to study effective communication and improve customer services of the elderly customers by the means of investigation,qualitative research and case study.The dissertation has studied and analyzed management communication strategies of elderly customers at different stages,further analyzed the shortages and defects of management communication strategies with the elderly customers in order to improve strategies combining with reality.Improvement of communication efficiency is of great significance to the management communication of H life insurance company.
