Rural e-commerce is a major strategic opportunity for the development of agriculture and countryside in the new normal situation of China 's economic and social development.In Jiangxi Province,rural e-commerce is a major reality that has only appeared in the past three years.It plays an important role in cracking down on the three rural issues and promoting the new round of rural economic development.This research is a new and important research field,which has important practical significance.The characteristics of this study are novel,closely integrated with the actual situation in Jiangxi Province,to carry out empirical research,research perspective novel,for the similar research provides a standardized method for reference.This paper takes the farmers 'satisfaction as the breakthrough point,through the literature research method and the questionnaire survey method,grasps the present situation of rural e-commerce training,identifies the key influencing factors of farmers'satisfaction and puts forward some suggestions.The main conclusions of the paper are as follows:First,the training content,training teachers,training environmental conditions and training organization services are the four main influencing factors of rural e-commerce training farmers.Thus,this paper designs "rural e-commerce training Peasant Satisfaction Questionnaire "is reliable and credible,and is a good tool for detecting farmers' satisfaction.Second,the descriptive statistical analysis shows that farmers are satisfied with the training of rural e-commerce as a whole.In contrast,farmers are most satisfied with the training organization services,followed by training teachers and the third is training environmental conditions,And finally the training content.Thirdly,the empirical research shows that there are four key factors influencing farmers' satisfaction in rural e-commerce training,namely,training content,training of teachers,training of environmental conditions and training of organization services.The most influential factors are training content,followed by training Organization services,the third is the training of teachers,the least affected factor is the training of environmental conditions.This paper puts forward the following suggestions:First,from the top design,need to further explore the "farmers satisfaction" as the core training model.Second,from the implementation of policies,rural e-commerce training must be "farmers are not satisfied"for the work of the basic point of assessment,work supervision and key points of the focus of work assessment.Thirdly,from the peasant classroom,it is necessary to closely integrate the training matters such as "agricultural situation" in Jiangxi Province,agriculture-oriented industry and the main brand development needs,content-centered,perfect organization service,training teachers and training environment conditions.
