A Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Planting Type Family Farms In China

In order to increase the income of farmers and maximize the use of local natural resources,many local governments are planning how to effectively and rationally use land.The universal approach is to formulate a series of policies to encourage and support the development of large-scale cultivation of large-scale planters,agricultural cooperatives and family farms.Of course,different places adopt different development policies based on the natural endowment of local resources.Promote the transformation and development of local agriculture.This article focuses on the field investigation and in-depth analysis of the family farms in Guyuan County,Hebei Province,and summarizes the advantages and characteristics of this new type of agricultural business entity,and provides case studies and suggestions for exploring how to solve the problems existing in the current family farm development process.The main areas investigated in this paper are concentrated in Guyuan County in the north of Hebei Province and some family farms in the surrounding areas,because the authors of the paper had conducted a six-month internship and on-site investigation in some family farms in Hebei Guyuan County.While grasping the first-hand data of some family farms in Hebei Guyuan County and surrounding areas,the author also refers to the relevant experiences of the development of other planting family farms at home and abroad,and thus systematically analyzes the development course and characteristics of the family farms in Guyuan County.Through research,it has been found that the problems of these family farms are related to local policy.The growth rate of family farms is too fast.Family farms cannot adapt to market changes.There are many loopholes in family farms that farmers need to find out in time.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part discusses the background,purpose and significance of the study first.Then,with reference to domestic and foreign literature,this paper proposes research ideas,methods,contents and innovations.The second part mainly elaborates the concept and theoretical basis of farming family farms.The third part mainly discusses the development history,status,characteristics and difficulties encountered in planting family farms in Hebei guyuan County.The fourth part mainly discusses the development experience of family farms in the United States,France,Japan,and domestic Shanghai.The fifth part mainly analyzes the problem of planting family farms in Guyuan County,and puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures for the government and farm operators.
