Study On The Benefit Of Family Farm Management In Ninghai County

In 2013,the Central Committee of the Central Committee of the CPC proposed that"encourage and support the contracted land to be transferred to major households,family farms and farmers cooperatives,and develop various forms of moderate scale management."".In recent years,because of the rural land transfer speed,a large number of agricultural surplus labor,brought favorable conditions for land concentration and scale of operation at the same time,the agricultural economy in developed regions,the family farm is growing fast,now has achieved initial success.But in general,in the vast rural areas of Zhejiang Province,the family farm management still exist many problems: the business model is not enough,the definition of fuzzy,no unified standard,has not established the family farm management and social service system is not perfect,the government policy support is not enough,lack of pertinence and tendency etc..Study on the basis of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the development of family farms,based on collecting the related statistical yearbook of secondary data,the choice of Zhejiang province City of Ningbo Ninghai County as investigation sample,through on-the-spot investigation family farms of Ninghai County town of the Strip,get first-hand information on the family farm.A total of 155 questionnaires,the recovery of effective questionnaires was 153.In addition,through interviews with The Strip town government and relevant village officials,the management status of local family farms is known.In the research field,a large number of family farms visited the survey found that there are many problems,including: land transfer issue,the lack of funds,the family farmer quality to be improved,the social service system to be perfect,employment difficulties,shortage of talent,lack of auxiliary subsidies,land shortage etc..In addition,after the family farmer interviews to put forward corresponding solving measures,for example,improve the land transfer system,increase financial support,enhance the quality of family farmers,improve the social service system,the implementation of talent introduction and training policy,increase policy support efforts.I hope to contribute to the development of family farms in Zhejiang.
