Sichuan Hill Areas Of Rice Planting Family Farm Land Moderate Scale Research

It's known that agriculture is the foundation of our national development.Along with the four kind of modernization processes being put forward,the modern agriculture has been playing a more and more important role.In 2013,According to the One of the Central Government,the family farm is put forward for the first time,and then the family farm not only has become a new emerging type of agricultural management,but also a key industry which is definitely being put in the first place in our country.The family farm is different from the traditional one,the former is aiming at achieving moderate scale operation of land while the later is not,and moderate land's scale is far from more larger planting scale,but means that under certain level of productivity,achieving the most optimal operational efficiency and economic benefit on moderate land are significant.Rice is one of the main food in our country.In recent years,the number of the subsidies on the cultivation of rice are increasing.Sichuan province is not only a large rice cultivation region,but its hilly area is also one of southwestern China's major rice producing areas.According to the actual situation in these hilly areas,t his paper selects 58 families that each family owns more than 30 mu of planting land,and uses DEA model and C-D Production Function and Multiple Linear Regression model to analyze the survey data.The conclusions for Sichuan province are as follows.First,the production efficiency and economic benefit are increasing on the rice planting scale land from 30 mu to 130 mu of the hilly land farm s,while that of the scale of over 130 mu is decreasing.Second,the C-D Production Function is applied to analyze the overall productivity of the hilly areas and further suggest that the hilly areas need to spending more money,more devices,more labors and so on in order to increase productivity.Then through using Multiple Linear Regression Model,The paper treat the mechanization level and investment as the independent variable,while the planting scale as the dependent variable,and then a linear regression fitting equation is drew by the Least Square method.so as to find the optimal scale for planting.Last,effective measures should be taken to improve the operation efficiency of the rice planting for each family farm in the hilly areas.Accelerate the construction of infrastructure and improve the production conditions of family farms;Accelerate the improvement of the land circulation system;Realize modest scale management of family farm lands;Accelerate the construction of socialized service systems and increase the effici ency of agricultural production;Accelerate the integration of financial support and financial support to ensure the funds of family farms Source;Accelerate the cultivation of new professional farmers and improve the overall quality of family farmer.
