Study On The Operating Efficiency Of Planting Family Farms

Agriculture is the base of national economy.With the continuous improvement of industrialization and urbanization,a large number of rural surplus labor transfer to the city to carry out the activities of production and living,The rural land transfer speed,the agricultural management scale,organization and industrialization level also increase,new agricultural management system of new agricultural production and management subject to the cultivation of large family farms,cooperatives and agricultural leading enterprises as the representative of the composition of the gradually perfect.Since the concept of "family farm" was established in 2013,Dezhou city of Shandong Province has carried out a large number of pilot and promotion of family farms.The rapid development of family farms has advantages,but the family farm is not "the bigger the better".It is very important to determine the appropriate scale of family farm by selecting the input factors and output factors to measure the operating efficiency.This paper uses DEMATEL method,analyzed the influence of the planting industry in Dezhou city factors affecting the development of family farms.After calculation,the important factors which influence the development of family farm planting industry selected as input index and output index,family farm planting industry is calculated by the DEA model of Shandong Province in 11 counties of Dezhou City,the operating efficiency.Draw the following conclusions:Dezhou City family farm planting industry and low operating efficiency,operating mainly in the form of extensive land;the scale of family farm is large,small,medium,large and very large farms in the moderate scale operation area of different inputs;part of the lack of rationality,urgent need to adjust the balance of the production.In order to further improve the planting industry of Dezhou City family farm management efficiency,improve the social service system,improve the technical efficiency of agricultural production;improve the land transfer system,promote moderate scale farms;the cultivation of new farmers’ occupation,the scientific management of family farm.
