Staff salary satisfaction is the significant factor influencing their job attitude and behavior,which means that,to enhance staff salary satisfaction plays important role in promoting enterprise economic benefit as well as image.It is also an important measure to shape the image of the company and enhance the economic benefits of the company.In recent years,due to the low performance of the liquor industry,the competition in the industry has been extremely fierce.As the leading company in the local liquor industry in Fuxin,the Sangou wants to continue to maintain its leading position,except for products that are of excellent quality and marketable.It is also necessary to have a stable and skilled production frontline workforce.Especially in the context of increasing mobility of production frontline employees,how to attract and retain production frontline employees by increasing pay satisfaction is particularly important to increase their enthusiasm.This paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey and individual interview The empirical analysis designed a targeted questionnaire.found the following questions:The factors influencing workers salary satisfaction include salary level and salary structure;Different basic characteristics of employees lead to different psychological feelings of salary satisfaction;Incentives and fairness of the compensation system;The fixed wage ratio is high,and the assessment method is single;The welfare system is not perfect.Using the theory of fairness,demand level and related pay theory,combined with the factors that affect the salary satisfaction of the production line employees,the salary level structure was designed to determine the post salary with the post value.Improve the performance evaluation index system and improve the performance salary calculation method;The compensation satisfaction of the production line workers is improved by attracting employees to participate in salary management,infiltrating corporate culture into salary management,and implementing flexible benefits.
