As China entering the 21 st century knowledge economy era,rapid economic development,science and technology is also in constant progress.In the form of manufacturing industry in our country along with the market competition growing into a new competitive environment.At present our country many manufacturing enterprises,especially private small and medium-sized enterprises generally exist in low production efficiency,reduced economic efficiency,the high cost problem.In manufacturing enterprises,the production cost as the low efficiency of the production enterprises and labor costs increase factors such as increasing,so how to excite the work enthusiasms of staff,let them maintain efficient work efficiency,reduce the labor costs of enterprises are small and medium-sized private manufacturing issues of concern.Talent competition gradually evolved into enterprise,one of the main competitive resource of talent from the appeal to retain and develop,it is a enterprise want to gain market competitive advantage,the key to keep the enterprise sustainable management.Paper with C company manufacturing enterprises as an example,through the investigation into the fairness of compensation system for C company employees,the current compensation system of the existence of unreasonable as well as the investigation and analysis on the reasons of unreasonable,starting from the strategic level to optimize and improve the C company current salary incentive system,auxiliary flexible benefits package design concept,design a set of relatively scientific salary incentive system,and the other small and medium-sized private manufacturing salary incentive model provides reference value.
