With the further deepening of the reform of electric power system,the promotion of structural transformation and industrial upgrading,the power grid enterprises must improve their competitive ability in order to win the sustained competitive advantage.Compensation system,as an important part of modern enterprise competitiveness,is very important for the development of the compensation system.N ultra high voltage power grid engineering company's internal compensation structure is relatively small,the current implementation of the post skill wage and salary system can not meet the needs of the development of the company,and employee satisfaction is low.This paper aims to design a set of scientific,reasonable and complete the post performance salary scheme,improve the current salary system,the company employees incentive,reflect the value of employees,the company take advantage in the electric power system reform.This paper through the literature review,questionnaire and interview to collect the job performance wage theory,data summary,learn from the advanced experience,summed up the problems existing in salary N,performance-based salary for enterprises to adapt to the design and.This article first elaborated the domestic and foreign development of the compensation system,the definition,types,especially the research status of post performance salary,post salary system at present;for the N ultra high voltage power grid engineering company human resources,compensation management status,analysis of existing problems,put forward on the basis of compensation reform objectives,principles,methods and design program.Through the introduction of the concept of the salary system design of N company's post performance salary,divided into three types of post salary,performance salary,auxiliary wage.The main design calculation method of the salary salary point,through the existing jobs into pay file rules to determine the position of salary,salary adjustment file points to optimize the design of performance salary,assistant salary units.The design and implementation and improvement of the program,the performance pay can improve the N ultra high voltage power grid engineering company labor productivity,improve and perfect the incentive mechanism,make the salary system play a positive role in the management of the company.
