Investigation And Research On Labor Protection Problem Of Migrant Workers In Construction Industry Of Guiyang Economic And Technological Development Zone

Migrant workers in the construction industry are engaged in high-risk industries,there is no good labor protection measures,lack of labor safety awareness,leading to frequent industrial accidents.The problem that the government faces is how to reduce the occurrence of industrial accidents under the premise that migrant workers in the construction industry enjoy the protection of industrial injury insurance;In the event of industrial accidents,let the construction industry migrant workers get timely treatment.This paper is carried out in this context.Based on the questionnaire survey of migrant workers in several construction and installation sites of Guiyang economic and technological development zone in Guizhou province,this paper analyzes and arranges the questionnaire,and summarizes the problems existing in the labor protection of migrant workers in construction industry:overtime work is common in construction enterprises,safety investment in construction enterprises is insufficient,safety training quality of construction enterprises is not high,hidden investigation and regulation of construction enterprises is not complete,there are many management phenomena in construction safety,etc.Through the analysis,from the construction enterprises,government safety management departments,migrant workers individual three aspects summed up the causes of the problem:construction enterprises for personal gain regardless of the labor safety of migrant workers,government safety management department supervision and prevention functions are not in place,migrant workers lack of labor protection awareness.In order to solve the above problems,countermeasures are put forward to strengthen and improve the labor protection of migrant workers in the construction industry:strengthen the responsibility of enterprise safety main body,implement the effective investment of safety funds,enhance the effectiveness of safety education and training in the construction industry,strengthen the ability of administrative supervision and law enforcement,etc.Under the guidance of Marxist labor theory,this paper analyzes the labor protection of migrant workers in the construction industry in the process of urbanization in China,and puts forward some optimized countermeasures for the labor protection of migrant workers in the construction industry.Based on the investigation and analysis of the labor protection of construction migrant workers in Guiyang economic and technological development zone,this paper puts forward the above suggestions in order to improve the labor protection measures of construction migrant workers and deepen the research on the labor protection of construction migrant workers.
