According to the data of the Daqing City Post Administration,there are 124 affiliated express outlets in Daqing City,which are mainly affiliated to four companies,namely Yuantong Express,Shentong Express,Zhongtong Express and Yunda Express(also known as"three links and one").Among them,there are 32 Yuantong,21 Shentong,37 Zhongtong,and 34 rhymes.In 2017,the number of express delivery business was 8,774,800,with a market share of 76.45%;the operating income was 777.835 million yuan,and the market share was 91.63%.In 2018,the business income totaled 188 million yuan,a year-on-year increase of 17.97%,and the per-capital express usage was 3.22.In Daqing City,the courier companies,nearly 80%of couriers are rural households born after 1980-the new generation of migrant workers,they get wage income by means of piece-rate wages,no written labor contract with express delivery companies,no social insurance There is no commercial insurance.In June 2018,the Daqing City Express Industry Joint Trade Union was established,but the limited absorption of members led to problems in the labor rights protection of the new generation of migrant workers in Daqing City.By analyzing the causes of the problems and drawing lessons from the experience,it puts forward the countermeasures to protect the labor rights and interests of the new generation of migrant workers in Daqing City,and promotes the harmonious development of the express delivery enterprises in Daqing City,which has practical significance.Taking the new generation of migrant workers from Daqing City as a research object,based on non-standard labor relations theory,labor relationship system theory,labor market segmentation theory and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,using literature research,questionnaires and interviews,comparative analysis,etc.Research methods,expounding the status quo of the labor rights protection of the new generation of migrant workers in Daqing City,and found that the labor insurance coverage of the new generation of migrant workers in Daqing City has low social insurance coverage,long working hours,insufficient labor protection measures and occupation.Insufficient space for development;learning from the experience of labor rights protection in Germany,Japan,and the United Kingdom,drawing on the practice of the Sichuan Provincial Federation of Trade Unions to actively promote the participation of migrant workers in Guangzhou,and to safeguard the labor rights of the "early staff",and propose to improve Daqing City The countermeasures for the protection of the labor rights and interests of the new generation of migrant workers in the express delivery enterprises include:the government improves the employment environment of the new generation of migrant workers,and combines the management and service to ensure the labor rights of the new generation of migrant workers in Daqing City;the express delivery enterprise is well managed.Implementing the labor contract model of the new generation of migrant workers joining the express delivery enterprise in Daqing City;using the Daqing City Express Industry Federation as the carrier to strengthen the role of the trade union;Daqing City joins the express delivery enterprise new generation of migrant workers to improve their cultural skills and create a fair society surroundings.
