Therefore, to improve working and living environment ofthe migrant workers in the construction industry, to eliminate the treatment of migrantworkers inequality, and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests ofmigrant workers, to promote regional urbanization, and narrowing the gap betweenurban and rural areas.
