Analysis On The Coordination Of Infrastructure Construction And Urban Development In Lanzhou

Urban infrastructure is the material support and important support of the comprehensive service function of the city,the hardware basis of the urban development,and the key to decide the level of a modern city's development.Urban development is related to all sectors of the city's economy,society,culture,population,environment and so on.It includes the whole city's hardware and software system,and affects the sense of acquisition of every citizen.In recent years,Lanzhou has made great achievements in infrastructure construction and urban development,and has gained many experiences,but it has not yet achieved the goals and effects expected by citizens.The limited local financial resources and infrastructure construction of the high investment demand of the contradiction between the development of city,the pursuit of speed and quality of the contradiction between urban and rural development,the optimal size of the contradiction between the existing infrastructure and future city development coordination degree between the contradictions become increasingly restricting the bottleneck of the development of Lanzhou city.Therefore,it is of certain positive significance to the exploration of the coordination of infrastructure construction and urban development in Lanzhou.This paper discusses the mechanism of the interaction between the infrastructure construction and the urban development,and forms the theoretical framework for the mutual influence and coordinated development of the two systems.From the economic growth,social welfare and ecological environment of the three areas analyzed the direct effect of infrastructure construction on the development of the city,from the space layout,function,effect of moderate advance development of the city infrastructure construction to the analysis of three aspects,and expounds the role of the coordinated development of the two systems of the region the economic,social,ecological and self-development ability.In addition,the Lanzhou city infrastructure construction are summarized from the current situation of ecological environment,transportation,post and telecommunications services,water supply,energy supply and city disaster prevention of the six subsystems,on the development of Lanzhou city from the current situation of population,economy and society,the four subsystems are summarized,and points out the shortcomings in the two a system of Lanzhou city.After that,we collected the statistical data of Lanzhou for 2008~2016 years,using the coupling theory of physics and using two system coupling evaluation models and index system.We made an empirical research on the coupling coordination relationship between them.The results show that: in recent years,the coupling interaction process between infrastructure construction and urban development in Lanzhou has gone through the stage from maladjustment to coordination,and is currently at the primary level of coordination.Then based on the results of statistical data analysis,some thoughts are provided.
