Land resource is not only the labor object and the production resources of human,but also the basis for human survival and development.With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in recent years,every city is facing the serious problem of"land bottleneck".It is not meet the requirements only by increasing the construction land area to satisfy the sustainable development of economy and society,certainly,the construction land of the"pie"expansion already does not conform to the reality,This is become an inevitable trend of construction land in Economical and intensive using.The intensive use of construction land means that the less the cost of investment,So long as it can satisfy the reasonable requirement of land in the development of human society,and finally achieve the purpose of efficient use of construction land.From the perspective of human,social and economic activities,Intensive mainly refers to the use of some measures,such as adding more factors of production,optimizing the structure of land use,increasing the efficiency of land use,and so on,finallay reach a reasonable level.Intensive use of construction land is the important prerequisite of safeguarding the national economic security and foodstuff security and maintaining social stability,at the same time,it is the foundation to alleviate the land contradiction during the period of rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in china,and to guide the healthy and sustainable development of the society.It is also the basic policy of our country.Longnan City have the high mountain,the deep ditch and the complex terrain,With the rapid development of economy,the problem of land bottleneck is more prominent.In order to solve the problem of"land bottleneck"and the contradiction between land resources and economic development,With the support of GIS Technology,the paper evaluate the lever of the construction land saving and intensive using in Longnan city using ArcGIS software,at the same time,researching on the coupling relationship between regional construction land intensive use of regional construction land and economic development,Lay the foundation for improve the intensive use level of construction land,it is also improve the the relationship between coordination and economic development.The research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)By using the method of multi factor comprehensive evaluation method,evaluate the intensive level of regional construction land in longnan,the intensity degree ofregional construction land in longnan was analyzed from time series and spatial distribution from 2004 to 2014,and based on the ArcGIS software,the influence factors of the intensive use of construction land are analyzed.The result shows:the intensive utilization level of construction land in longnan is low on the whole,but the intensity level is rising with the passage of time.The intensive use of construction land in each county of longnan is basically the same as that of longnan city,the intensity level increased from 2004 to 2014.(2)The intensive use of construction land was evaluated in downtown area of longnan in 2014 as the unit of function area.Using the ArcGIS software,delineating the evaluation areas for intensive use of construction land in longnan's downtown,the six functional areas are residential functional areas,commercial functional area,industrial functional area,educational functional area,administrative functional area,office functional area and other functional area.the intensive use of construction land in longnan's downtown was calculated,Finally,the intensity level of Longnan city center in 2014 was analyzed from three levels:functional areas,towns and the whole city.The result shows:the moderate functional area is the largest in the downtown area of longnan,intensive utilization is at a moderate level,the average intensity degr ee of land use intensity of each township is 69.3,there is the plenty of room for improvement in the future.among them,the intensive utilization area is 525.74hm~2,accounting for 32.83%of the total area;the median utilization type area is 732.52hm~2,accounting for 45.75%of the total area;the low utilization type area is 343.04hm~2,accounting for 21.42%of the total area;(3)the counties and the districts as units,constructing evaluation index system,evaluating the level of economic development from 2004 to 2014 in longnancity.Grasping the overall situation of longnan city and the economic development of the counties during the past 11years.the result shows:the economic development level of each county in longnan and the whole city in 2014 was greatly improved compared with 2004.(4)Through the studing on the coupling relationship between construction land's intensive utilization of construction land and economic development level in Longnan,the evaluation of Longnan city by using the construction of economical and intensive utilization of land and the level of economic development,combined with the actual situation of Longnan City,we put forward some suggestions to improve the construction of Longnan city land saving and intensive utilization level and the relationship between the coordination and the level of economic development.Based on the actual situation of Longnan,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of the construction land's intensive utilization,and coordinate the relationship with the level of economic development.The result shows:the construction land in longnan city,the state of coupling coordination between land intensive use and economic development by the antagonistic to running state and sta te transition coordination optimization from 2004 to 2014.the coordination between the construction land intensive use and the economic development in longnan and the eight counties and districts under the jurisdiction of the whole city are constantly optimized and coordinated.
