Study On The Improvement Of The Construction Level Of Smart City In Lanzhou City

With the rapid development of the global economy and the acceleration of urbanization,city is also the main carrier of human's survival but we have to face a large number of challenges,which are including the shortage of resourc es,environmental pollution,population expansion,traffic congestion,uneven distribut ion of educational resources and the poor conditions of medical and sanitary.T hese questions are the crucial constraints,while the emergency of the smart city make the governments of world hope to out of the dilemma through using in formation technology,which will provide more useful service.In its historical an d practical perspective,the project of smart city is the essential requirement to solve these difficult questions.Meanwhile,it can offer more opportunities and ch allenges to realize sustainable development and strengthen compective power.As the provincial capital of GanSu province,Lanzhou City is located in the north west of China which has a low level in economy and urbanization.However,La nzhou City is the main city in the northwest areas and boosts the strategic pos ition of the “One Belt,One Road” that has profound significance to realize n arrow the gap between the east parts of China and western parts of China and realize sustainable growth in area economy,improving overall strength and driv ing surrounding cities.On the whole aspects,it is essential to build the Smart Ci ty in LanZhou.From my essay,I make a introduction about the origin and details of the Smart City,which including different evaluation criterion of the Smart City.Seco ndly,on account of the Information Research Center of the Chinese Academy o f Social Sciences forwards the evaluation model of the Smart City,offering six opinions like the infrastructure with smart ways,smart governance,using smart ways to solve the people's livelihood issues,smart industries and people and t he smart safeguard.Thirdly,we should objectively use Entropy-Right Method(E RM)to ensure weight coefficient,at the same time,we should use Topsis to a nalyze the overall evaluation of the Smart City in LanZhou in the last five ye ars.On the basis of analysis on the construction of the Smart City in LanZhouand the ideal matrix.At last,we can summarize the main questions in the con structions of the Smart City:the government is weak in the smart ways to solv e the problems;we are also short of information resources infrastructure and lac k of shared platforms;people are uninterested in government media and we ar e also missing operating system.I will throw out my suggestions in aspects of government,technology and industry economy.
