Selection And Research Of Logistics Model Of Wu Liji Port

Inner Mongolia is located in the north of China,and Russia,Mongolia and other border,is China's northward,westward export trade important "output point",is the Eurasian second bridge important link,is China's north open bridgehead.Relying on its special geographical advantages,can be imported from Mongolia,much needed ore,coal,timber,crude oil,animal products and other resources,but also the inland areas of China's petroleum products,transport,food,fruits and vegetables,light industrial products and Middle and low daily necessities such as Mongolia,Russia,Eastern Europe,West Asia exports.The construction and development of ports in Inner Mongolia will play a vital role in the smooth progress of economic and trade between China and Mongolia.China is Mongolia's first investment power,in recent years,border trade more and more active.Heilongjiang,Inner Mongolia,Ningxia,Xinjiang,Hebei,Jilin and other provinces and the southern part of the city and Mongolia and other regions of the border trade activities more and more frequent.Based on the advantages of special geographical location in Inner Mongolia and the policy dividend of the "Silk Road Economic Zone" and "supply side reform" which have been actively promoted in recent years.the opening of the Ulrich logistics port in Inner Mongolia is also imperative.However,after the relevant research found that in Mongolia and Russia and other border port construction,and no relevant research information for reference.This paper summarizes the research results at home and abroad,and conducts a systematic study on the logistics network system of Ulrich port after investigation on the border port and carrier city of Alashan League in Inner Mongolia.First of all,through the domestic and foreign scholars on the port construction of the relevant literature research to determine the direction of the article,methods.Then we make a systematic introduction to the basic contents of the research contents "port" and "port logistics".By analyzing the local trade,port construction and port logistics in Inner Mongolia,we need to determine the necessity of Ulrich port construction.This paper uses the demand forecasting method to forecast the future freight demand of Inner Mongolia,establishes the factor system of influencing the port development mode,and evaluates its influencing factors by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and finally determines the development model of Wu Liji for Ulrich port.Finally,the overall scheme is given on the logistics construction of the Uruguay border,and the relative countermeasures and methods are put forward to provide some reference for the development planning of the Uruguay border port logistics.
