Opening is a big trend of world economic development, as China is a long-term basicnational policy, promotes the reform and opening-up of China’s innovation system. Atpresent, China has formed a comprehensive, multi-level and wide-area; there is a newpattern of opening up the focus. Since China adopted the policy of opening up, continue topromote the opening of the breadth and depth, actively strengthen port construction, portand port economy has made considerable progress, further promote the development ofChina’s foreign trade, tourism and investment cooperation in the export-oriented economy. Not only is the country’s ports open window, or the development of an important linkbetween export-oriented economy. Inner Mongolia, a vast territory, Located in the northernfrontier of China, northern Russia, Mongolia border. Inner Mongolia in4221km borderline, sino-Mongolian border line3103km, Inner Mongolia has10border crossings. Sincethe1990s, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region government actively promote opening-uppolicy, emphasis on development and construction of border crossings, creating favorableconditions for the opening and international economic cooperation. However, the currentInner Mongolia border crossings logistics development lag, seriously hampered theeconomic development of the port. Therefore, this paper Inner Mongolia border crossingslogistics system focus and support system, make relevant policy recommendations, Tosome extent, be able to promote the development of Inner Mongolia border crossings andtrade in the region, for the construction of China’s Inner Mongolia as an importantbridgehead north open and vibrant economic zone along the border also have someenlightenment.Based on “The growth pole”,“Industrial agglomeration”,“Cross-country growthtriangle”, the paper using the method of literature analysis, field research, AHP and Scoringmethod to research the border ports in Inner Mongolia to Mongolia, including the logistics, main problem, the main construction of logistics system and supporting system, givingrelated policy and suggestions. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part,(Chapters1,2) introduce the background, significance, research, theory..The second part(Chapter3) summary of the status of the border ports’ in Inner Mongolia to Mongolia, analyzing main problems and development opportunities. Part III,(Chapter4,5) through theAHP and Scoring method to judge the importance of the logistics node, proposing logisticssyestem construction of border ports in Inner Mongolia to Mongolia and support system, and proposing policies and suggestions. Part IV,(Chapter6) summarizes the main conclusions of this paper, and on this basis proposed research prospects. The main innovations in this paper are:Firstly, research from a systems perspective. In this paper, Inner Mongolia bordercrossings this special logistics as a system optimization study enriches the academiccommunity on the Inner Mongolia border logistics academic research;Secondly, innovativing research methods. In this study,AHP and scoring Combinationof Inner Mongolia border crossings important degree of logistics nodes measure providethe basis for the development of key strategic layout and major logistics node, from theresearch method is an innovation.
