In order to a better survive and develop in the new environment, the harbor must further expand its service function, and positively develops modern logistics service.Based on the research of the domestic and foreign port logistics management pattern, the author hopes to provide the reasonable pattern choices for our country harbor to develop port logistics. And also takes our country coast harbor Jinzhou port as an example, explores its logistics development pattern, and plays the theory instruction role for the practice activities to develop logistics.This article first proposed the writing background and the writing significance, and analyzed the present research situation of domestic logistics and port logistics. Then give an introduction of elementary theory of logistics and port logistics. Next the author analyzed overseas typical port logistics development pattern, summarized its development experience, and obtained some model effects. Then the author analyzed the necessity of our country to develop port logistics, and make a research of port logistics development mode. Finally carries on the real diagnosis analysis by Jinzhou port, combine our country port logistics pattern to propose its logistics development pattern.
