A Study On Logistics Operation Mode Of Enterprise's Business Based On The Free Trade Port Area And It's Application

The Free Trade Zones (FTZs) in the world make the world-wide businesses of multinational corporations more efficiently through the implementation of specific economic policies. As a special form of FTZs, Chinese Free Trade Port Areas(FTPAs)aims to attract international capital and technology to develop export-oriented regional economic. In order to achieve this goal, FTPAs supply specific economic policies and convenient service to enterprises, including tax incentives and efficient government services .It's very significant for Chinese and foreign enterprises to learn how to use the policies and services to develop businesses and achieve the purpose of cost saving.The main purpose of this paper is to introduce businesses based on FTPAs and design related logistics operational modes. Based on this purpose, this paper mainly studies on the following two things:①the Free Trade Port Area. Before developing businesses through the Free Trade Port Area, enterprises should study the basic situations of it, which is the precondition for enterprises to develop businesses based on FTPAs. This paper introduces the background of the establishment of Chinese FTPAs, and studies the current situations from both aspects of functions and management system, especially introduces the special economic polices .Based on the comparison of FTPAs and other bonded areas in China and the comparison of FTPAs and normal foreign trade ports, considering that the benefits of businesses based on Free Trade Port Areas originates from the favorable policies and flexible management mechanism.②Logistics operation modes of enterprise businesses based on the Free Trade Port Areas. 4 operation modes of 4 basic businesses are designed, after the qualitative analysis on the economic benefits theoretically, 4 mathematical models are built to make quantitative analysis on the 4 logistics operation modes respectively.On the basis of the previous results, at the end of this paper, the author gives a simple case study, which is an operation mode of the storage business of an automobile manufacturing enterprise based on Chongqing Lianglu-Cuntan FTPA, the cost savings to the enterprise are estimated, too. And the author concludes this article with the inadequacies of the study and further research.
