The problem of food is related to the basic daily life of each of us,and wh ether food is safe may be something we think about every day.In recent years,f requent major food safety accidents,"melamine milk powder","plasticizer event" a nd "gutter oil","Shanghai Husi Food event" and so on,the food safety event tou ching heart of all Chinese people,eventually lead to the public has no confiden ce in the food safety of our country and in the government's food safety supervis ion work.At the same time,the Chinese government also pay more attention to f ood safety problems in our country,this can be seen fro-m the frequency of ame nd the Food safety Law in China,also can be seen from the frequency and inten sity of the reform of China's food safety supervision department.With the develo pment of food industry technology and modern science and technology,the degree of intensive food production has been greatly improved,the efficiency of food pr oduction has been greatly improved,so that people can buy more food by lower prices,but at the same time food risk is also more complex,more insidious,and affect more wider area,food become more risky.Such as the procurement,sales a nd production of cooking oil form a complete and hidden industrial chain,lead to t he rate of people meet with " gutter oil " at the table is more and more big.In order to bring the food risk level acceptable,Our government reform the food s afety supervision model frequently,which has achieved some positive result but n ot enough.I divided this thesis into five chapters text.The first chapter gives a brief de scription of the related concepts of food safety supervision,and further elaborates on the goal of China's food safety supervision.The second chapter firstly analyz es the social foundation and the practical reason of the food risky in China,then points out the new challenges to China's food safety supervision.In the third,th e China's food safety supervision mode on the basis of historical analysis and the food safety supervision mode in other developed countries and regions have been described.In the next chapter,the fourth chapter,the inefficiencies of China's food safety supervision modal have been illustrated emphatically.The last chapter put f orward the measures of perfecting our country's food safety regulatory model,fina 1 conclusion is that the food safety supervision should not only attach importance to government regulators work,social regulatory agencies and industry associatio ns should be given more chances to approach the work of supervision of food sa fety.It is important not only to attach importance to the establishment and the div ision of powers of the regulatory agencies,but also to attach importance to the c onstruction of various regulatory mechanisms and regulatory tools.
