In the upsurge of rural tourism presently,Company JS invested two tourism projects in Wu Ning County in the northern part of Jiangxi Province,they both rely on nature and cultural tourism resources.Now both of them put into operation,but in the course of operation,JS company encountered some difficulties,project circumstances didn't reach the company's expectations.This article studies the rural tourism projects of Company JS in Wu Ning County in the northern part of Jiangxi Province through The methods of literature analysis and case study.This paper analyzes the existing problems and development countermeasures of rural tourism services,and analyzes the existing tourism marketing deficiencies of Company JS from the perspective of marketing strategies.That is,Company JS lacks an overall marketing strategy and currently uses a fragmented marketing approach,lacks of characteristic tourism lines and the hardware ishomogeneous.Combining with the existing problems of Company JS,the future development and some literature materials this paper puts forward some suggestions likeimproving tourism products,strengthening the construction of marketing system,adopting appropriate marketing and promotion methods,highlighting product features,creating characteristic tourism projects,jointly developing with other industries,establishing Marketing information system and several other development strategies.From the perspective of academic research,it has enriched the researches on rural tourism development in the north of Jiangxi Province.Taking the rural tourism project in Wu Ning County as an example,this article proposes a series of solutions.These solutions have certain universality and promotion significance.They can provide enterprises with how to develop rural tourism and provide some suggestions for marketing management of rural tourism projects.
