Rural Tourism Development In Western Hubei

China has entered into a section of mass tour, rural tourism is becoming a new hot spot. West Hubei district is the accumulation area of former revolutionary base areas、 areas inhabited by minority nationalities、remote and border areas、poverty-stricken areas and migration areas,the level of rural tourism is not that high. Some problem like exploitation disordering、production homogenization、item simplification、management extensive and tragedy of the commons etc. restrict the sustainable development of rural tourism in West Hubei. These problems should be solved as soon as possible.This thesis combine the theoretical research and the empirical research、qualitative research and quantitative research、the practice and theory of exploitation of literature research, according to the characteristic and current situation of West Hubei’s rural tourism, analyses the inner advantages and disadvantages, realizes the outer chances and threatens, try to find out the developing direction、principle、model and strategy, push forward the sustainable development of the rural tourism in West Hubei. This thesis will show the theoretical value and directive function for the less developed area’s development of rural tourism.This thesis is make up by5chapters:Chapter one is expounding the background of the topic、the research contents、 significance、method and technology roadmap, also look back and recital the research result of predecessors.Chapter two is recounting the theory of rural construction、urban and rural integration、 experience economy and sustainable development. Put forward the classify of rural tourism resource, which including10main class,38subclass,206fundamental type.Chapter three is one of the focal point in this thesis. According to the research, the author analyzed the natural geographic environment、social economy environment、 tourist industry environment and the current situation of tourism resource. Through the SWTO, rural tourism in West Hubei is provided with good environment、deep historical cultural deposits、high grade recourses and abundant resources of agriculture; the weakens of tourism production homogenization、individualized tourism activity、native residents marginalization、local culture vulgarization、tragedy of the commons in the country、production homogenization、management extensive ets. are exist; the governments support the rural tourism、household income of urban and rural residents is increasing、the pattern of consumption is changing、infrastructure construction of the country is improving, these are the big chance for developing; meaning while, we have to face the reduction of the tourist position、the increasing of developmental risk、the instability and uncertainty of the resurgent of world economy、the coexist pressure of China’s increasing economy pressure and inflationary force、the regional competition and horizontal competition are intense day by day.Chapter four is the main point of this thesis. Based on the former chapters, this chapter is mainly insist5foundation:"the subject of peasant、the foundation of agriculture; the guide of government、the operation of market; put the protection in front、let the green initiative to be the leader; highlight the characteristic、make the boutique; let the market to the guide、develop the industrialization". According to the rural tourist level, we should let the West Hubei area in the model of operation management product engineering and district engineering. Also, it insists that "beforehand the planning、 scientific development; strengthen the foundation、optimize the environment; broaden the channel、multiply the financing; perfect the system、stander the management; etc.". during making the brand of rural tourist of West Hubei, we should insist on forging the famous tourist town、country、scenic spots、festival、production and goods. We should focus on the Qingjiang folk custom area、Hanjiang forest and fruits area、Jinmen’s "farming area of China" agriculture tourism、"one river two mountain’s zoology culture tourism" and "the four lake watershed’s" countryside etc. These5main wonderful rural tourism productions.Chapter5is the conclusion of the thesis.
