Research On Operational Risk Of Counter Business In JS Bank,JY Branch

In recent years,the large amount and large number of cases involving commercial Banks are mostly related to peers,bills and financial management.These cases have exposed the loopholes in compliance management,case prevention and control and operational risk control of these banking financial institutions.Once the risk management of bank counter operation is out of control,it will bring great reputation loss to the institution.Therefore,control counter operation risk imperative.Based on this,this paper will discuss the current situation and measures of JY branch of JS bank to control the counter operation risk.This article first discusses the JS bank counter JY branch operation risk management theory and practice significance of research,and then from the commercial Banks operating risks,operational risks in commercial bank counter,the characteristic of operational risks in commercial bank counter and forms gradually thorough,and through to the domestic commercial bank and the bank of JS,JY noodles comprehensive analysis on the present situation and problems of operational risk management,points out that JS bank counter JY branch operation risk is the main reason of the operation process is too complex,lack of independent regulatory agencies,counter operation,post does not match,and operating system updates behind,The reasons for the current situation of the counter operation risk of JY branch of JS bank were obtained,and the operational risk management plan of JY branch of JS bank was put forward,including the improvement plan of the operation process,the improvement plan of the monitoring organization,the improvement plan of personnel quality and the upgrade plan of the operating system.Finally,it puts forward safeguards to implement counter operation risk management of JS bank JY branch through establishing evaluation mechanism,"discovery-report" mechanism,setting up emergency management department,daily cases and data analysis.Through the study in this paper,the operational risk management theory is applied to the practical management of JS bank JY branch,and a complete set of counter operation risk management system suitable for its own development is basically formed,which has a certain reference function for risk control and case prevention and control.
