Research On The Construction Of China,Mongolia And Russia Economic Corridors

In September 2014,Chinese President Xi Jinping proposed the construction of the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor during the meeting between the Chinese,Mongolian and Russian heads of state.He has received any and all positive responses from Russian and Mongolian leaders.The China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor not only opens up overseas markets for China's domestic excess capacity,but also allows Russia and Mongolia to share more of the dividends of China's economic development.The first chapter mainly describes the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor and the achievements it has made.Mainly in the economic and trade,transit transportation,humanities,tourism,shock absorption and relief of some of the development results.The second chapter mainly expounds the strategic value of China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor.The first is to connect the development strategies of the three countries,to promote deeper cooperation between China and Mongolia and Russia,and to promote the economic development of the three countries.Secondly,strengthening the cooperation among the three countries in various fields not only can maintain the stability of multilateral relations,but also has important strategic significance in promoting the process of regional cooperation in Northeast Asia.The third chapter elaborates the cooperation foundation of China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor from three aspects: natural basis,policy foundation and economic foundation.The proposed China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor is based not only on the unique geopolitical advantages of the three countries of China,Mongolia and Russia,as well as the growing bilateral trade relations,but also on the "Belt and Road Initiative" of China and the "Road to Grasslands" of Mongolia and Russia.Strategic alliance of Economic Union.The fourth chapter mainly focuses on the constraints of the three countries in jointly creating the respective corridors of China,Mongolia and Russia.For example,the three countries have their own interest needs in the process of participating in the construction of the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor,and are prone to disagreements or contradictions;Russia and Mongolia are relatively backward in infrastructure and affect the construction process of the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor;Most of China,Mongolia,and Russia's trade products are in the initial stage,and the trade value of high value-added products is relatively low;Because of the "China threat theory" and the "nationalism" of Russia and Mongolia,Russia and Mongolia are wary of China;As well as other countries outside Mongolia,Mongolia,and Russia,the bilateral relations between China,Mongolia and Russia are not stable.All these problems have the potential to adversely affect the construction of China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor.The fifth chapter proposes the corresponding countermeasures based on the constraints of the analysis in the fourth chapter.In order to promote the normal construction of the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor,the principles of "seeking common ground while reserving differences" should be strengthened among China,Mongolia and Russia to strengthen communication and exchanges and enhance mutual political trust among the three countries;Strengthen the interconnection and intercommunication of infrastructure in the three countries;Optimize the trade structure of the three countries and speed up the process of China-Mongolia-Russia free trade zone;promote the customs clearance and transport facilitation of the three countries;Optimize the trade structure of the three countries,speed up the process of China-Mongolia-Russia free trade zone,and promote cultural exchanges.The China-Mongolia-Russia three-nation strategic partnership is continuously deepened,trade cooperation continues to be strengthened,mutual political trust is continuously enhanced,mutual benefit and win-win cooperation are promoted,trade advantages are complemented,common development is achieved,and the process of economic integration in Europe and Asia is accelerated.The construction of the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor needs the joint efforts of China,Mongolia,and Russia.It is therefore necessary to increase mutual trust in the process of cooperation,resolve disagreements and problems arising in a timely manner,and sum up experiences so as to achieve the mutual benefit and win-win development of the three nations.
