The Study Of Sub-regional Cooperation In The Adjacent Area Of Eastern China-Mongolia-Russia Under The Background Of The China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor

With the development of economic globalization and regional integration,the phenomena of international sub-regional cooperation gradually increased,and increasingly becomes an important way of cooperation between countries.In 2014,President XiJinping came up with the plan for the China-Mongolia-Russia economic corridor.This new corridor will funnel China's domestic transportation network into those of its neighbors to the north,essentially bringing the Belt and Road together with Mongolia's Prairie Road program and Russia's Eurasian economic union.These three countries carried out extensive practical exchanges and cultural exchanges in order to advance economic and political ties,lay a groundwork for mutually beneficial infrastructure projects,and ultimately to increase trade.Recently,to satisfy the actual needs of development,China,Mongolia and Russia propose to boost sub-regional cooperation in the adjacent area of eastern China-Mongolia-Russia.As Inner Mongolia autonomous region is both on the south of Russia and Mongolia,is very suited to carry out the plan.Based on connectivity and communication,Hulunbeier City,which is the only one area neiboring to both Russia and Mongolia,is very suitable to be the key area of the sub-regional cooperation in the adjacent area of eastern China-Mongolia-Russia,radiation surrounding areas.We can plan Hulunbeier City as the core,form a stable stable triangle economic zone across Hailar,Chita and Choybalsan,radiation surrounding areas,and promote the cooperation between the three countries.Based on the analysis of China-Mongolia-Russia economic corridor's construction background and present situation,this paper expounds the possibility of sub-regional cooperation in the adjacent area of eastern China-Mongolia-Russia,puts forward to the construction scheme,analyzes the location selection,key projects and measures.At the same time,the paper analyses the internal and external Restricting factors,puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems,in order to further promote the sub-regional cooperation.
