| With the continuous progress of UAV technology,UAV has been increasingly applied to the field of Surveying and mapping.However,because of the high risk characteristics of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)operation,improving the quality management of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)project is one of the core work of promoting UAV to be widely applied to the field of Surveying and mapping,and is also one of the keys to determine the smooth implementation of the UAV surveying and mapping project.Therefore,the research of Surveying and mapping UAV project quality management is an important part of UAV surveying and mapping project management research.In this paper,a general method of Surveying and mapping unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)project quality management in engineering practice is described with a view of Surveying and mapping unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)quality management personnel.The present situation and characteristics of the quality management of the unmanned aerial vehicle are described in detail.The quality management of the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)project is analyzed around the quality management system of the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)project quality management and the quality management process.The quality problems of the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)project in the project quality management are discussed,and the quality of the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)project in the project quality management is analyzed,and the quality of the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)project is solved through quality.With the combination of management theory and practice,the quality management level of the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)project is improved by the "double zero" quality management method.In order to improve the quality management level of the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)project,the quality management level of the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)project is improved according to the two angles of technology and management.This paper discusses the quality management of Surveying and mapping UAV project from four chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the research background and significance of the project,then expounds the research status of the quality management of the unmanned aerial vehicle at home and abroad,and puts forward the innovation point of this paper.The second chapter mainly introduces the main theoretical basis and method of the research on the quality management of the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)project,which provides the theoretical basis for the study of this article.The third chapter has detailed the description of the system composition and research and development of the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)project and the main quality control points in the production and manufacturing process.The problems in the quality management of the project are carefully analyzed.The fourth chapter optimizes the quality management of the project from the aspects of establishing the overall quality management system,improving the product technical standard,standardizing the production process and manufacturing process,and innovating the quality management method of "double return to zero" to the quality of the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)project.In order to further standardize and improve the quality management level of Surveying and mapping UAV in management. |
