Qishuyan company is mainly engaged in the developing,manufacturing and maintaining of diesel locomotives.With the pace of stepping out,the company vigorously develops the international market,tries to extend the business scope to the locomotive repair maintenance area.In September 2017,the company won the Kenyan maintenance project,and the contract requires the warehouse to be set up in the Kenyan maintenance base.In order to ensure the daily management of overseas base warehouse and the information interaction with the company,the company decided to develop the warehousing information system of overseas base.Warehousing information system project of Qishuyan company's overseas base is a subproject of the Kenyan maintenance project,with strict construction requirements.Due to the late start of the project management and lack of information system project management experience,several information system projects have been postponed.Therefore,it is very important to carry out the schedule management of warehousing information system project of Qishuyan company's overseas base.This paper is based on the study of the basic connotation,basic content and main method of project schedule management,warehousing information system project of Qishuyan company's overseas base as the research object,carrying out the project schedule planning,establishing project schedule control mechanism and safeguard measures of project schedule.First,simply elaborated the research background and research significance,on the basis of literature review,focus on analysis of the relevant theories and methods of the project schedule management,laid a theoretical foundation for the research of the paper.Then,analyze the project objective and function design of warehousing information system project of Qishuyan company's overseas base,find out the factors that affect the project schedule management,to provide basic material support for developing the project schedule.Subsequently,on the basis of defining the working scope of warehousing information system project of Qishuyan company's overseas base,using the work breakdown structure to carry out project task decomposition,preparing project schedule by using gantt chart,network diagram,critical path method and other theories,and optimizing the project schedule according to the project duration requirements.Finally,using the PDCA dynamic cycle to carry out project progress management,establish the project schedule control mechanism and safeguard measures of project schedule,ensure that the project quality guarantee is delivered on schedule and the project objectives are fully realized.In this paper,warehousing information system project of Qishuyan company's overseas base as a case,comprehensive analysis of the main factors affecting the schedule management of information system project,expounds the whole process of developing and optimizing project schedule plan,project progress control method is proposed,establish the project schedule control mechanism and safeguard measures of project schedule,effectively guarantee the project carry out as planned.The paper establishes the model of the schedule management of information system project of qishuyan company,and has a strong reference to the company's information system project schedule management.
