Iron and steel industry is that important national economy matter produces the branch,its and development of the entire couniry,the people life improvement has close relation.Baosteel is an early starter among enterprise to develop informationization work,in the introduction and assimilation,based on the constantly sum up their own production and management and innovation management technology,has formed Baosteel Metallurgical characteristics of enterprise management information system,has a more extensive software development,information systems management,project management experience and measures.Luo Jing Project Information Construction Project in accordance with a centralized management system has always,adhere to adapt to the requirements of integration strategy,follow the "overall planning,step by step,local innovation,and timely support" principle,process-oriented,user-oriented,For integration,process design the main line,according to an independent subsidiary of the operation mode of process design,taking into account the smooth integration of future change.Form a comprehensive and complete,management innovation,process optimization,scalability,and strong information system.This article makes the risk management informationization project of Luo Jing Project Information Construction Project as the research object to analyze this project by using WBS task analysis method.In the article,combining with the estimated project time,prepare PRET network diagram and fix the critical path for this proj ect;make the Gantt chart for the project with project management software and prepare the scheduled plan;establish several measures for project planning and contrl.Moreover,monitor and analyze the project schedule by relevant ways and prepare the control flow chart for project schedule,SO as to realize the dynamic management for Luo Jing Project Information Construction Project.This article bring forward some auxiliary measures for accomplishing the project scheduled plan that provides a useful reference for the implementation future diary projects.
