Research On Constructing The Green Logistics System In Shandong Province

Mankind are making problems such as pollution and resource consumption while promoting economic and social development. In recent years, the problems of global energy crisis, resource crisis and ecological environment are getting more and more serious, threatening and testing the harmonious mother nature and human society. So in the 1990 s, the global green revolution movement were born as a result. The logistics industry is a pillar industry in economic development, it plays an important role to promot the social material circulation, but in the process of logistics industry development in our country a series of problems such as energy consumption and environmental pollution are created. Shandong is one of the major economy provinces in China. Logistics industry play a significant role in the development of Shandong province. In order to avoid a series of negative problems created by the rapid development of logistics industry in Shandong province, we must conform to the trend of sustainable development, change the perception of development, build a green logistics system which conforms to the economic development of shandong province, and develop green logistics quickly.The main line of this article is to build a green logistics system in shandong province. Based on the relevant theories of ecological civilization and green logistics and the concept of constructing green logistics system, we first analyze the status of the logistics industry and the development of logistics system in Shandong province.Using the method of AHP- FCE to evaluate the green degree of logistics system in Shandong province, we find that logistics system in Shandong province has following problems: Logistics network layout is not reasonable, logistics information network system construction is relatively lagged behind, the third party logistics development model is not sound, green degree level is low, lack of logistics talents,energy consumption and serious environmental pollution, as a result we propose the necessity of constructing the green logistics system in Shandong province. And we put forward the goal and principles of the construction of green logistics system. We focus on three aspects: green logistics network system, green logistics information platform, and green logistics enterprises to build green logistics system in Shandong province. Finally embark from the government, enterprises and public, we put forward some countermeasures to ensure the smooth operation of green logistics system in Shandong province.
