Research On The Coordination Of Service Capacity And Quality Supervision In Logistics Service Supply Chain

With the development of the logistics industry status, the research of logisticsservice supply chain become more important, especially the research on coordination oflogistics service supply chain, become the important research questions in this field. Thepurpose of this paper is to from basic logistics operation mode existing, through the useof contract theory, game theory and other relevant theoretical knowledge, focus onresearch the coordination of logistics service supply chain capacity and quality, in orderto explore the improved coordination strategy for the whole logistics service supply chainoperation performance, this not only has theoretical significance, but also has a practicalsignificance.Firstly, this paper studies the definition, characteristics and structure of the logisticsservice supply chain, then introduces the concept of supply chain coordination andobjects of service supply chain coordination, and introduces the relevant theories ofsupply chain contract, to make theoretical preparation for the following research.Secondly, this paper studies the capacity of logistics service supply chaincoordination, on the basis of the model, establishes the capacity coordination modelbased on the option and buyback contract, and then obtains the optimal order decision ofintegrator and the optimal logistics capacity investment decision of subcontractor throughthe solution of the model, and the numerical example verifies the effectiveness of thiscontract.Thirdly, this paper establishes a basic game model for quality coordination oflogistics service supply chain, In the model logistics integrator can choose to makequality supervision or not, and logistics subcontractor can accomplish the task accordingto the quality contact or choose to cheat. The paper presented the result of the mixedstrategy Nash equilibrium; then extends and establishes the service quality supervisionmodel when integrator is being punished and which is caused by the competitionsbetween subcontractors, and the new results of the Nash equilibrium for those modelsabove are given.
