Research On The Regional Service Logistics Model Of E-commerce Platform

On the basis of research on B2B E-commerce platform logistics mode selection,regional distribution center site selection,logistics information system and performance evaluation system development,this paper states that optimizing the logistics distribution mode of E-commerce platform in the high-end equipment manufacturing industry is important.Regarding to the current B2B E-commerce platform logistics operation situation,this paper points out the problems and gaps in the regional service logistics mode of E-commerce platform for large group companies.By analyzing the impact of procurement management promotion,business features and materials features on E-commerce platform logistics mode,this paper summarizes the logistics demand of those large group corporations,showing the utility of logistics information management system and the main trading platform.Moreover,this paper puts forward a regional logistics service mode which would highly suit for the high-end equipment manufacturing industry's E-commerce trading platform.This paper constructs the function structure of regional service platform of logistics information system further.Also,actual cases have been verified by using the mixed integer programming model.Performance evaluation system has been set up by Balanced Score Card,which was from the aspect of individual responsibility and regional service logistics system.
