Study On The Strategy Of Internet Rental Bicycle Parking Management

This paper mainly discusses and studies the parking problem of Internet rental bicycle,and puts forward corresponding strategies and solutions.thisThis paper mainly analyzes the cases of existing Internet rental bicycle parking solutions,and USES the methodology of design thinking to obtain insights through investigation.I researched and interviewed the case of bicycle parking in some subway stations in Shanghai,and put forward the original experimental plan and further advanced it.Experiment and test,I will use the design of "city map",through the incentive and information to inform the innovation design plan,let the user become the city car tide.At the same time,the maker of the problem also becomes the solution,proposes the problem of existing parking area planning,and advocates the cooperation with merchants and APP in the form of cooperation.Scattered points,ecological and dynamic parking schemes.The purpose of this study is to summarize the shortcomings of the Internet rental cycle and provide further reform for the development of the industry.Measures to guide users by means of design,and consciously reasonable parking under existing conditions to guide Internet rental bike to achieve healthy and rapid development.
