The Research On The Current Situation, Problems And Optimization Of Rural Collective Property Rights Reform In Yong Tai County

The three plenary of the party's eighteen kinds of measures to carry out the reform of the rural collective property rights,the rich farmers more rights to collective assets,which is an important measure to stimulate the vitality of rural development,is a major adjustment of the existing rural relations of production.In the "Opinions on the Implementation of the Reform of the Rural Collective Property Rights System",published in Fujian Province in 2017,it was noted that,under the influence of economic development and urbanization in rural areas,the original rural production and way of life had undergone tremendous changes.In order to adapt to the current economic development,social harmony and stability,but also through rural collective property rights reform,can maintain the vitality of the rural economy.This paper takes Yongtai County for example,launched the reform of rural collective property rights research,its purpose is through the case study of Yongtai County,the rural collective property rights reform,the reason analysis of the rural collective property rights reform,the key problem of the successful practices in the county and some reform,finally puts forward the next step to improve the measures;based on the case study method,literature review,the research system in this paper is more solid and convincing;this study for the general to the specific research ideas,and from the national rural collective property rights on the basis of the ultimate goal of reform,in a specific demonstration county,from the common extended to the property.This paper mainly has the following three aspects:first,the course of study on the rural collective property rights system,from the national perspective,the evolution of rural collective property rights system is described;secondly,the status quo,achievements and motivation of rural collective property rights reform in Yongtai County,and some key issues of Yongtai county reform are analyzed.In this paper,based on the research in the country within the scope of the rural collective property rights reform,focusing on the Yongtai county rural collective property rights reform has carried on the empirical analysis,this paper not only has the certain instruction function to the next step in the reform of Yongtai County,on a similar situation in the region also has certain reference function.
