Research On The Application Of 6S Management In A Garment Enterprise

Since 2001,China's accession to WTO(World Trade Organization)has been facing more intense market competition,the enterprise wants to obtain advantage in the competition must have a space for one person,in order to improve the quality of products as the core,to narrow the gap of management,a set of high quality and efficient production process.Nowadays,many enterprises in China are faced with the problem of lagging management or lax management.If enterprises only pay more attention to production and do not pay more attention to management,they will not only waste valuable productive resource,but also decrease their core competitiveness.Production site as the main place to generate profits for enterprises is also a place for problems and emergency events.With the gradual realization of economic globalization,many enterprises have gradually realized the importance of field management to the long-term development of enterprises.In order to improve the production efficiency,reduce the stock,reduce the cost,and establish the competitive advantage,all enterprises can not do without high quality field management.As the most basic and most effective field management method,6S field management is the main management method of enterprise field production.6S is the enterprise of Japan,namely,collating,rectifying,cleaning,cleaning,safe and attainable.6S field management is not only to create a good production environment,but also to improve the professional quality of employees,so as to achieve the business objectives of the enterprise.In China,many enterprises have achieved good results in the field management of 6S.They can not only shape the image of enterprises,reduce costs,and orderly production environment,but also make workers relaxed and happy,and face the work with a better mindset.This paper takes a garment enterprise as an example,on the 6S site management in the application of enterprise management.This paper first illustrates the opportunities and challenges faced by Chinese manufacturing enterprises,and points out the direction of the research based on the advanced research theories and achievements of field management at home and abroad.secondly,this paper uses the method of combination of theory and practice of the introduction of the case,through in-depth analysis of the anatomy,made a detailed discussion on how to use the 6S management theory,improve the management level of enterprises,and detailed describes the actual effect of specific work carried out and achieved Dayu group.Finally,this paper analyzes the problems in the field management of 6S,and finds out the reasons,so as to propose solutions to problems,and provide a reference for other enterprises in their field management.Only grasp the essence of 6S management and pay practical action to better promote the 6S field management and realize the rapid development of the enterprise.
