Application Of Industrial Engineering Technology In SZ Company

With rapid development of economy, light industry has become an important part of economy. Facing the challenges of foreign products and competition in the domestic market, how to improve the quality of products and production efficiency has become an important test.Industrial engineering technology by analyzing the production site, optimizing production processes and reducing unnecessary waste, to improve the production process, enhance production efficiency and improve product quality. Industrial engineering technology in overseas obtains fully development and application in manufacturing enterprises. But in our province, especially light industry, the application of enterprises still stays at the primary level.Take SZ company as an example, this paper analyze problems of the company production, the defects and the insufficiency, using SWOT method to analyze the SZ company’s strategic position, then from five aspects as human, machine, material, method, environment to find the causes of quality problems, describe the production site and optimize the workflow, in order to improve work efficiency and reduce production cost, in order to improve the economic benefit. In the end, the paper evaluates the effect of the improvement measures.In this article, by combining the industrial engineering theory with SZ company current situation, aim to explore suitable methods for light industry enterprise to enhance the production efficiency and improve product quality.
