Research On The Application Of Industrial Engineering Theory In Enterprise Human Resource Management

Today’s society, science and technology and the economy is booming. Various domestic and international advanced management theory and management technology is constantly emerged and continue to be improved. Based on the current situation of China’s national demand, industrial engineering theory which is known for its simplicity, economy and high efficiency, have been cited are domestic enterprises, and in-depth exploration, and strive to be combined with local characteristics of Chinese enterprises. Industrial engineering is developed from basic science management,and committed to improving the overall effectiveness and efficiency of application engineering expertise. It is irreplaceable, while other theories are highly complementary.Industrial Engineering and human resources management is the important research content of the theory of management practice. Both have a long history of practice, in the actual process has been staggered with each other, and at the same time in the development of the modern industrial revolution to become a scientific theory. Based on truth of theory with practice, modern industrial engineering and modern human resources management in the actual development process, both the theory and practice of development to meet the actual demand of current economic development, are reflected in how to seize the "person" as the key resource, in order to provide their core competitive advantage, to obtain steady development of enterprises. This paper describes the implementation of the development process of industrial engineering and the 5S management, operation research theory, two factor theory, contingency theory of management and ECRS analysis theory and technology, and combining with the related cases encountered in my work, through a powerful example of the industrial engineering theory can be well used in the enterprise human resource management and development.The industrial engineering theory studied in this paper is effective in the enterprise human resource management, and it is hoped that it can provide the theoretical research and practical operation help to the people who have the demand.
